Service Description

Session 1: Foundations of Acrylic Painting -Introduction to Materials: Overview of acrylic paints, brushes, mediums, and surfaces. -Techniques: Basic strokes, blending, and layering. -Practice: How to control paint thickness and opacity using water and mediums. -Complete a mini project Session 2: Color Mixing and Composition -Understanding Color Theory: Mixing colors, creating tints, tones, and shades, and understanding warm vs. cool tones. -Composition Basics: Rule of thirds, focal points, and balance. -Complete a mini project: Session 3: Techniques for Depth and Texture -Creating Depth: Layering, glazing, and using perspective. -Exploring Texture: Palette knives, sponges, and mediums (gel, modeling paste, etc.). -Complete a mini project Session 4: Final Project and Finishing Touches *Extended session - 3 hours -Individual Project: Participants work on a chosen subject, applying learned techniques. -Troubleshooting and Feedback: Guidance on improving composition, color, and technique. -Final Touches: Varnishing, framing, or presenting the finished work. *All materials are provided.
